In today’s #RegionalReflections we hear from Michael Möller, Senior Sales Manager, Germany on going the extra mile to deliver successful dvLED video wall installations.

A lot has happened since we launched our SEAMLESS by Peerless-AV Integration Program in 2018. Globally, we have some major industry awards and many high profile installations under our belt; proving our experience and expertise in the realm of LED and our close cooperation with the leading LED display brands such as Absen, LG, Philips, Samsung, Sony and Unilumin. In Germany, we’re very happy to say that our LED business is growing rapidly, and this mainly due to our customer-centric approach. Through the SEAMLESS program we provide start-to-finish project support for our partners and customers, including expert engineering and design, custom project managers, Bespoke and Kitted dvLED mounting solutions, and marketing support, including certified installer training, helpful technical brochures and an online LED configurator.

Our dedicated SEAMLESS LED team can work with customers to create the perfect dvLED video wall for any application – from basic flat-to-wall 130-165” FHD walls up to giant and unique, custom engineered video walls of any size, shape or configuration. Even in a Covid year, our LED team pulled out all the stops to complete projects against all odds, putting the time and effort in, in person or via phone or VC calls, answering queries, providing technical advice and know how, and working closely with partners and customers, all hours of the day. This is where customers see our greatest value as a manufacturer; we are not just selling them a mount, we are offering a structure and solution with a complete customer support service from beginning to end.

In a recent project with Gebr. Maisel Brewery, Peerless-AV installed a perfectly aligned dvLED video wall in the cellar vault of the historic building. Together with integration partner FESTLA GmbH, the Maisel family brewery opted for Peerless-AV’s SEAMLESS Kitted Series Flat dvLED Mounting System, designed exclusively for Absen's Direct View LED Displays (DS-LEDA27). The mounting system is perfectly matched to Absen’s cabinets and its height and depth adjustment helped overcome wall irregularities for a high-end install experience. Because not all installs are the same and there’s no such thing as a flat wall, education on how to specify, handle and install our mounting solutions is highly important and so we run certified training locally in cooperation with OEM partners. During the course, installers learn the different options for dvLED mounting, cabinet differences and tolerances, wall types and fixings required, when to use substructures, how to make precision adjustments, as well as picking up helpful tips and techniques along the way.
