Our LED video wall integration programme provides start-to-finish project support for partners and installers

We are pleased to announce our one-of-a-kind design consultancy programme for Direct View LED (DvLED) video walls called SEAMLESS. The programme has been created to make the whole process of installing an LED video wall as smooth and straightforward as possible, from start to finish, no matter how complex or challenging the application. Partners and installers benefit from a choice of LED mounting solutions, together with a unique, all-inclusive support offering, including design and engineering services, custom capability for indoor and outdoor, technical training and more.

Customers in EMEA benefit from in-house LED R&D and custom engineering capabilities encompassing full CAD drawings and structural integrity reporting, with the back-up of comprehensive liability insurance.  FEA reports on stress, load and deflection testing, marketing support and rebate structures are also available to Peerless-AV installation partners.

SEAMLESS makes the entire process – from design to installation to maintenance – even easier for customers. An integral part of the programme is the online LED Video Wall Configurator, announced earlier this year, which enables users to easily design their required configuration factoring in critical information such as mount weight, power consumption and display resolution, and request a quote within minutes, to speed up development time and delivery.

Real Life Examples
As a luxury casino, resort, and spa, Agua Caliente in Rancho Mirage, California was looking to further push the boundaries of aesthetics and create a unique, immersive experience, unlike anything else in the Greater Palm Springs area. To truly wow guests, the resort was seeking an intricate video wall design for its new sports bar, 360 Sports, that would require a complicated installation with curved walls and recessed displays. In addition to the shape of the wall, which affected display alignment, 360 Sports was still under construction and the installation needed to be completed in 10-16 days.

To meet the fast deadline, Advanced LED Displays was chosen as the integrator for the project. They selected Unilumin for the LED screens, and Peerless-AV for its LED mounts. While we were the only manufacturer whose mounts would work for the curved wall, Peerless-AV was also selected based on our flexibility, cost effectiveness, and superior customer service – all aspects of SEAMLESS by Peerless-AV®, our LED Video Wall Integration Program. Training

The latest addition to the SEAMLESS programme is technical training. During the AVIXA CTS RU Provider Course Approved ‘Direct view LED Mount Install Training’, installers will discover the different options for LED mounting, wall types and fixings required, cabinet differences, and will get hands-on to learn handy install tips and techniques along the way. By the end of the course installers will be confident in specifying the correct mount for any application and be able to install LED solutions quickly and effectively. Our last course was a huge success with 100% of attendees saying they would refer the course to a colleague.
