We would like to introduce our newest team members of Peerless-AV to the blog - Alex Rosa & Patrick Vater!
Alex has joined us as Channel Account Manager for Northern France. Based in Paris, he will manage a portfolio of key integrator and reseller partners in the North of France via Peerless-AV distribution channels, with an emphasis on development of relationships, new and existing.
Patrick has joined us as Sales Manager for Germany. Patrick's appointment supports Peerless-AV’s European growth strategy and ability to address regional market needs with improved customer service levels.
To get to know our new team members we sat down with them both to ask them some questions. Read on to get to know our newest recruits!
Alex Rosa
How are you? How has your week been?
I am very well thank you. The induction week went very well,
everyone was very welcoming and very nice to us.
What are you looking forward to about working
at Peerless-AV ?
I expect to be able to increase my skills and become an AV
specialist who understands the challenges of integrators and their end
customers.
Has there been a
particular stand out moment since starting here?
Yes, the second day when we were able to participate in the Lords
which was a very interesting time to see our products as well as to talk to
each of my colleagues in the UK
What
would you like to achieve in the upcoming year at work?
I would like to be able to explode my numbers and help Peerless have
a great year in France 😃
As a child, what did you want to be when you
grew up?
I wanted to be president of the republic (I know I know, I had many
ambitions)
What was
your first job?
My first job was as a cable installer at ACRELEC France
What's been the best place you've ever visited?
The most beautiful place I have ever visited is Wat Phra Kaew in Thailand
Patrick Vater
How are you? How has your week been?
I’m doing well, thank you. The individual training sessions were
interesting and it was a great experience to get to know the different
departments and their employees.
What are you looking forward to about working
at Peerless-AV ?
I’m looking forward for a good cooperation with the team and I want
to expand my contacts and knowledge in the AV market.
Has there been a
particular stand out moment since starting here?
Yes,
I saw some of the products live at the Lords event. I also got to know the rest
of the team at the Lords and I immediately noticed that all of them are really
friendly and a new team member is very well received.
What
would you like to achieve in the upcoming year at work?
I want to support the team as much as possible to make Peerless the
No.1 in Germany.
As a child, what did you want to be when you
grew up?
If I remember correctly I wanted to become a pilot first.
What was your first job?
I first worked as a TV installer, so I have been working with such
products for many years.
What's been the best place you've ever visited?
There are so many places I loved to go. In the snow-covered
mountains it is always so impressive. And on my tours across Asia, I met the
friendliest people in beautiful landscapes.
