One Month On - AV Awards 2018

One month on from the AV Awards 2018 and we are reflecting on a fantastic evening full of fun, laughter and dancing!

The pinnacle of the evening was winning AV Accessory of the Year for our SmartMount® Universal LED Mounting Solution! This is the second major award win for our SmartMount Universal LED Mounting System this year, picking up the AV Accessory Technology Award earlier this year at the InAVation Awards during ISE 2018.

The mounting system for Direct View LED displays is a scalable, kitted solution that is designed and built according to end customer video wall specifications. The system can be adapted to support multiple LED display sizes and brands and is available in both Full Service and Fixed Flat-to-Wall configurations. It features an ultra-lightweight aluminium frame for easy handling and transportation, and X, Y and Z axis adjustment allows installers to overcome uneven walls while simplifying display alignment. Since its launch, the mounting system has been installed in numerous leading banks, finance institutions and major blue-chip organisations across the globe. Installers choose the product for its speed and ease of install, and ability to make light work of even the most challenging and complex of installations. Options include fixed flat-to-wall, floor standing, floor-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling, curved, pivot and pop out configurations.

We are also delighted to have been awarded 'Highly Commended' for Retail Project of the Year with our Volta Industries electric car charging network case study in the US.
