Quality time benefits all parties

At Peerless-AV we were recently delighted to welcome the Midwich External team to our offices for an afternoon of product launches, followed by an evening of fun at Top Golf, Watford.

The Midwich team have scheduled monthly sales meetings with strategic vendors and it presented the ideal opportunity to introduce Peerless-AV's digital signage kiosk concept and discuss the potential to integrate with existing technology within the Midwich business.

With new interactive technologies such as touch, gesture, dynamic media and mobile devices replacing traditional static information points in many different vertical markets, it’s no wonder that accompanying mounting solutions have developed to support and enhance this opportunity. The latest initiative from Peerless-AV is the ability to personalise our full range of indoor kiosks with anything from a company logo to a bespoke vinyl wrap.

With installers and clients utilising kiosks to provide a specific service to end users, whether it’s an information point, wayfinding solution or being used for digital advertising, it is important that the kiosk is presented in a way that is visible and eye-catching to maximise engagement. In addition, with many public and private spaces becoming ever more congested with multiple digital signage content from a variety of sources, it’s important to clients that their message stands out in the crowd.

"It is an important part of our product development to undertake these discussions with our key partners" commented Ian Abernethy, Director of UK Pro Sales, Peerless-AV. "It is vital that we engage with them to explain the product features and benefits along with the specific markets we are targeting. And at the same time we welcome their feedback and ideas on how to successfully promote these solutions to end users and identify additional opportunities."

"This kind of interaction and close working relationship benefits the business of both parties and is a vital part of our long term strategy for the UK" states Ian.

The comments from the Midwich team were equally positive:

"Thanks all for the excellent presentation and evening" Neil Colgate, GM Owl Visual

"Thanks for a really great evening, the presentation and the new Kiosks are certainly something I am being asked for more than ever" Phil Waterhouse, Area Sales Manager

"We have lots of interest around the kiosk which I think will provide excellent opportunities for all of us." Tony Patterson, Area Sales Manager

The day ended with a competitive evening of 'target golf' with prizes for the best and worst performers.

We look forward to welcoming back Midwich in the near future.
